Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x5inch loaf pan. Line it with parchment paper and let it hang over the sides to make sure you can lift the loaf out.
In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients - almond flour, baking soda, salt, and the extra tablespoon of flaxseed meal. If you don't have flaxseed meal, you can add in 1 more tbs of almond flour or coconut flour, whatever you have!
Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat together the tahini, eggs, and egg whites. I beat this for a solid minute or so to get some fluffiness to those eggs!
Add in the apple cider vinegar and 1 tbs of maple syrup. You can also sub 1 tbs of water instead of the maple syrup! I added it in to balance out all the savory bagel spice.
Mix it all together until well combined.
Slowly add in the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Top with a couple tablespoons of the Everything Bagel spice!
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, and it's nice and golden brown around the edges. Let it cool in the pan and then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
Slice it up and enjoy as is! Or get crazy and toast it up and top with all your favorite things.
